Absolutely loved everything about this place and the host was great! I can’t wait to book again.
This was a brand new apt that was very pretty and great view of Richmond and the James river. But, the furniture & decor are not what's listed. No end or cocktail tables. I had to bring the one from outside in to the living area. No beside table or lamps. Bar stools too high to actually sit at kitchen bar. No shampoo, soap, cascade, hair dryer, fire extinguisher. This unit is not on pool level as shown in pic but on 6th floor. It only has a small balcony and not the expansive terrace shown in listing. There were 2 dirty pans in oven when I went to cook dinner. The bath towels left folded on bed and on bathroom racks were damp. So, needless to say I was quite disappointed. The problems were too many to report and I looked to see if something else in the area was available but there was not. Otherwise I would have moved locations. The bed was comfortable so that was a positive thing to come home to at night.

Lovely and spotless apartment on top floor of a nice new condo building with a river view. The pool is awesome and absolutely a highlight. We were in town for a tennis tournament and we were so thrilled to be able to take a cool dip at the end of the day. The bed is super comfy— great bedding and mattress plus quiet location. We slept so well! Only things that might improve this experience just a tiny bit would be nightstands and curtains in the bedroom since the sun is very bright in the morn. All in all, great place. Would definitely stay again.
